Due to recent changes in US customs policies and increased inspections on international small parcels, customs clearance is now taking longer than before. As a result, shipping timelines and tracking updates may look different from what you experienced in the past.
After your order is shipped, it enters international transit and awaits US customs clearance. During this stage, the tracking status will typically remain "Label Created" without any additional updates.
This does not mean your package hasn't been shipped. It is already on its way and going through the international shipping and customs process.
Before May 2026, packages valued under $800 benefited from a more streamlined customs clearance process in the US, allowing most orders to be delivered within 1–2 weeks.
Since the policy changes, US Customs has increased inspections on international small parcels. Customs clearance, which previously took only a few days or up to a week, now generally takes 1–2 weeks.
As a result, the overall delivery time for US orders is currently around 2–3 weeks.
Tracking will begin updating again once your package has successfully cleared US customs and has been handed over to the local carrier for final delivery.
Until then, it's completely normal for the tracking to remain unchanged.
For customers who need their orders sooner, we also offer an optional expedited shipping service.
Because of the higher shipping cost, we don't consider this option to be the most cost-effective for most customers, so it is not our default shipping method.
If you'd like to receive your order even faster, you can also choose products available in our US Warehouse.
Please note that only selected best-selling styles and sizes are available in our US Warehouse. Inventory is limited and changes frequently.
